Hi,

I installed tinyos 2.0 on ubuntu 6.10 using the instructions here:
http://tinyos.net/scoop/story/2007/3/1/142950/4912 . Well, not really, I
just added the given repository and installed all tinyos related packages
using synaptic. Everything looks okay, I could even compile Blink for my
telosb motes, but when I do a 'motelist', I get this error:

$motelist
Use of uninitialized value in substitution (s///) at /usr/bin/motelist line
90.
Use of uninitialized value in pattern match (m//) at /usr/bin/motelist line
91.
Reference Device Description
---------- ---------------- ---------------------------------------------
XBOQDOKK (none) XBOW Crossbow Telos Rev.B

And the error is not consistently present. It sometimes detects the mote at
/dev/ttyUSB0, but that usually happens when I connect the mote to the usb
port. After a while (few seconds) the error again appears.

Does anyone have any idea, whats going on?

-Ritesh
