Maybe the port number is incorrect, check the number assigned to the USB-Serial converter.

However, I am unable to use in on my laptop as it does not have a serial port. I bought a USB to serial adapter and tried again using the same command: MIB510='/dev/ttys0' make mica2 install.0 mib510 and there was an error. Could anyone solve this problem? Looking forward to your kind replies.
