Nothing particular, just let tinyos run as before. I mean, the mote will use
automatically the new antenna (if well connected :-))

What kind of mote are you using?
If it's Telosb you should remove capacitor to SMA connector.

I have tried these kind of antennas and it also did not work
in an indoor scenario with 2 walls.
For 200mts in your scenario perhaps you should use TMoteMiniPro or other
nodes with a power amplifier.
