I think this is the first time I've ever heard "testes" and "eel" used
in the same sentence.
Creates quite a visual image.
Wonder how that affects their swimming...

I find this discussion about age and birth problems surprising because there
is abundant research showing no correlation between age and birth problems
(except for the chromosomal problems with older mothers)if health factors
are taken into account. This includes younger and older. For younge
I think there is probably an optimum span on the curve. Some 9 year olds may be
capable of conceiving BUT I am sure that this is risky for mother and child. Too young
(let's say from puberty to about 15) birth, before the reproductive system is fully
mature, poses risks for mother and baby, as

Perhaps I misunderstand the question - but I do not
not believe there is any theoretical justification because all this formula
does is get you to the exact middle of the distribution. You can get there

Dear Tipsters,
I am attempting to explain the formula to calculate the Median from
Grouped data.
The formula for this is the following
Md =
Lm
+ w [(n/2
fcum)/fm]
Lm
= lower limit of the interval that contains the median.
W = width of the interval
fm
= is the frequency
fcum
= the number of obser
Sorry, I also meant to add that I didn't find anything on preterm birth.

I had always thought that young moms had low birth weight babies and that older
moms had heavier babies so this intrigued me enough to to a quick search of
psychinfo where I found that low birth weight occurs with under 16 and over 35
years of age.

TIPSfolk,
As I was lecturing on Freud, a student commented that Freud had performed
some genital mutilation on women. Although I think that this is probably
some twist of the Electra complex and penis envy, I thought since Freud
was a doctor/surgeon it might be possible.
Does anyone know anythi
