negative effect on what people can reasonably assign on tests, at least
those tests toward the end of the exam period.

It has always amazed me how administrative concerns in a Registrar's
office seems to "trump" sound academic practice, in terms of grading
finals and papers. Why don't the faculty ever get to call those shots?
