Hi all,

A colleague of mine has a questionnaire that he was given by a friend
of his some time ago that he uses with his classes, and he'd really
like to have the full source for it.

There are 2 subscales: Dominant/Easy-going and Formal/Informal.

Anybody have anything that resembles it??

Behavioral Characteristics Rating Form

Directions: Circle one number to indicate how you rate yourself. For
example:

Dominant 1 2 3 4 Easy-going
(with 3 circled)
Here you decided you were more easy-going than dominant, but
easy-going enough to rate a four.

1. Appears confident 1 2 3 4 Reserved
2. Passive 1 2 3 4 Aggressive
3. Responsive 1 2 3 4 Self-controlled
Etc.
