Speaking as one Don to another
1.) I don't know you, but if someone would offer me even money whether the
problem was poor teaching my you or apathy, laziness by your students, I'd
put $200 down that it was the students that were the problem. Don't blame
yourself or beat yourself up!

I'm an ABD social psychologist at the Univeristy of Cincinnati and I'm
teaching the junior/senior course in social psychology for the first time.
For the most part, up until today I have found this to be the most
rewarding and fulfilling teaching experience
