I'm receiving feedback from students that they are feeling rather neutral about my
current behaviorism text - Malott's "Principles of Behavior." The reason I chose the
text is the variety of examples from different disciplines (health and medicine,
education, etc.) and the organization of the chapters (it is "chunked out" into many
topics, one topic per each of 30 chapters). The problem is the writing style. Too
much pontificating and attempting to be funny/cool.

Any alternative texts that others have found to be better? Anybody using the Grant
and Evans text? Martin and Pear?
