A school district in Pa. has okayed a plan where black students can attend some
sessions of tutoring taught by black mentors.I personally approve of the
necessity to hold certain classes for black students taught by black teachers.
As a matter of fact,black students performed very well academical

I'm familiar with is as rigorous as any experimental psych. It is NOT
sociology.
