Tipsters are probably aware of the World Medical Association's
"Helsinki Declaration" which provides guidelines for medical research
 involving human subjects (or participants for those with
APA style OCD).  The latest version of the Declaration has been
published in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA)
and is available online for free. See:

If the above gets broken, do a Google search for JAMA and
Helsinki Declaration.  It is provided both in HTML and PDF
forms.

Probably of some use when one covers research ethics and one
can compare it with the relevant parts of APA Code of Ethics
concerning research.
