Hey, All -- If a proper name like "van de Groot" starts a sentence, do we capitalize the v? It seems wrong to me (that's a proper name and those words are lower-case words), but I can't find an exception to the "First word in a complete sentence" rule. Anyone out there feel authoritative on th
