Many Tipsters are probably familiar with Robert Spitzer from his work on DSM and other areas. At the age of 83, he died from heart disease in Seattle, WA. The NY Times has a somewhat detailed obit for him but I expect there will be others appearing in psychiatric journals (maybe even a psychological journal or two).
