I use a Pride Mobility Quantum 600 with a non-reclining seat and golf- cart-like 14 inch drive wheels, three inch casters front and back, Chosen to go over the rough lawn of a cemetery. It does get stuck in the rough lawn near the garden where rocks near the surface can trap a caster.
