That's my understanding too. Up until 2008, my leasons were seen in my
spinal cord. Then in late 2007 I started seeing double, MRI showed a

Has anyone had hospice for a family member in the home?
We want to try and bring my Mom home from the hospital with
hospice and a 24 hour nurse. She is refusing to eat and we are hoping
her being home will help comfort her.

*Hospice is a wonderful organization. I think that it would be well worth
your while. *

Hi Kevin,
Maybe you mean visiting nurses?
The VNA is a great help for those that need nursing care at home.
Hospice is for people that have a terminal illness with a life expectancy
of less than 6 months.

We were told my Mom won't last 2 weeks if she continues refusing
food and drink. Her stroke put her in a clinical depressaion.
It's heartbreaking.

Hey Kevin,
My heart dropped when I saw Hospice, but after reading your e-mail
why you're getting Hospice, I think
I'm already taking Valtrex 500mg twice a day for my Herpetic Whitlow on my
middle finger near the finger nail, very painful. Maybe this is why I'm not
having any problems with shingles. lol

I wish we could take the hurt away, Kevin. Mom's are pretty special. Maybe
she is just so tired and that is why she is refusing everything?
