Hello! I get really worried when it's quiet here, but even I am guilty of not
posting often enough. I have been dealing with some pain in my right leg this
week and I am still trying to get settle back in the Caribbean. Don't know
what's next for me... That's me in a nutshell.

pain and weakness.Stretching it out on a regular basis will help.
