Yeah, I can really appreciate it. After I had my initial acute attack of TM
- it was about 3 years later when I started to get 'hand-cramps', when the
fleshy-part of the hand between the thumb and fore-finger starts to pull my
fingers into all sorts of weird shapes!...lol.

Janice the one problem I have with my feet is that once in a great
while I do get a spasm in the left foot where it hurts like a charlie
horse and the foot turns in. It goes all the way up my lef to my

or slip-ons with the toes of my left foot anymore.
As for the spasms... have you tried a compression stocking? I wear one when
I know I'm going to be out walking a lot (grocery store, mall, etc.) and it

I know that Walmart does have an ankle brace,
like the very tight-fitting gloves for the hands.
It's black, but I do not think it would look good with any shoes. I was useing
it to help with the drop foot, while walking bare footed around the house.
It does help with supporting the drop foot.

that reminds me of the hand brace I was given shortly after my attack.
It was brought to me because I was holding a rolled-up pair of socks to
