Did a quick check on this--the OPP mentioned in the e-mail is the Ontario
Provincial Police and *677 DOES contact them, as does 911, but this does not
work anywhere else (unfortunately).
I have tried to findthis on Snopes andHoax Busters to see if
there was something
in their files...No results ...so I think this is for real.
