when I finally got to the bathroom, I generally fell asleep on the commode.? I
do that a lot when I take something to help me sleep in addition to my regular
meds, so the Zanaflex relaxed me way too much.? I would fall

I have been taking only 4 mg of Zanaflex for the past 5 days. It
has certainly helped the banding..but...I am really fatigued and I have
shortness of breath and some muscle discomfort. I am supposed to go to 8
mg starting Monday but I am not certain I will do this. I took Zanaflex

I know this will sound strange but early in my recovery I used to take a cold bath before bed. I discovered that when I swam in a cold pool I stopped having spasms. I tried it at home and it worked great. You just have to put up with the cold bath.
