The only thing I know about it is what Hospice covers varies from city to
city and state to state. The social worker from the hospital
will know who and how to contact Hospice. Sorry, that is all I know.

Maybe you mean visiting nurses?
The VNA is a great help for those that need nursing care at home.
Hospice is for people that have a terminal illness with a life expectancy
of less than 6 months.
