I don't change any of the key bindings in my config :-). Well, except
the prefix key.
We could change some of the more obscure key bindings, but for ones like
this there would need to be an exceptionally good reason.
These are no better anyway - would | or \ be a vertical split because it

Who cares? The default key bindings don't matter. A lot of them are poorly
choosen, but that's the author's prerogative.
