Our own terminfo entry would not necessarily help because the terminfo db is
part of ncurses not the app. If any platforms are bundling screen-256color with
screen, there is no reason they couldn't bundle it with tmux too already

The manpage uses mdoc and that isn't going to change. OpenSSH has a
script called mdoc2man.awk which we might be able to bring in (perhaps
with some tweaks) to convert the manpage at build time.
