URL typo in build.properties.

Hi, I just now downloaded the tomcat-5 src and when i try to build, i got a build error for the wrong url- http://www.apache.org/dist/jakarta/commons/fileupload/commons-fileupload-1.0-rc1.tar.gz This should be changed to - http://www.apache.org/dist/jakarta/commons/fileupload/binaries/commons-fi
