Synopsis: 
attempt to use attributes in taglib causes errors

Description:
Whenever I attempt to set an attribute in my TLD on Windows NT I get the following 
error at runtime:

javax.servlet.jsp.tagext.TagAttributeInfo: method 
(Ljava/lang/String;ZLjava/lang/String;Z)V not found

If I use the exact same TLD, JSP, and class file on Windows 98 everything works fine. 
This problem even occurs with the examples that ship with Tomcat.
