mod_jk.conf-auto is not generated when tomcat is started

Description:
In Tomcat version 3.3 mod_jk.conf-auto is not created when Tomcat is started.
In stead you have to use the the -generateGonfigs option when starting Tomcat
to create the mod_jk.conf-auto file.
This is not documented in mod_jk-howto
