help on building mod_jserv in Solaris 5.6

Dear sir,

When I build mod_jserv by apxs -c -o mod_jserv.so *.c in Solaris 5.6,
error message
apxs:Break: Command failed with rc=255 appear.

Would you please help me to solve the problem.
