How does apache run multiple process insted of just Multiple threaded?
Where is: Jnjni.dll?

This procedure was the closest I got to working.. and seems most accurate but.. It's
still jacked up
for my Directory.. I've recieve Socket erros.. and just all kinds of Fun!
