Apache 2.0, mod_webapp, Redhat 7.2 build problem

Well, I can't seem to get mod_webapp built under RedHat 7.2. I can't build the connector, and I'm not entirely sure why. I'm using Apache 2.0.35, which builds fine with no errors, and the latest snapshot of apr. mod_webapp is from the 4.0.2-01 bundle of the connectors. Apache was build with --p
