T3.2.2 b1, C2 and Resource not found (404)

I've installed Tomcat 3.2.2 beta 1 with mod_jk on apache-1.3.17-0 and Cocoon2 as a build from the latest CVS sources. Tomcat runs with apache (localhost:8080 and localhost/admin works) but when accessing an xml file in the cocoon samples directory I get type resource-not-found message Resource
