I solved my problem, thank you!
wwwoffle was using ports 8080 and 8081, and so Tomcat couldn't use them
(with non-standard port 8080 as default).

I got a problem with installing and configuring Tomcat.
On 1st startup, Tomcat stops with an error message, a Java stacktrace,
Adress in use, always
when doing something about Context /test.
This happened to me with binary 3.2, source 3.2 and source 3.3-m3
distributions.
