jk_nt_service.exe will not run in NT 2000

Hello,

I am trying to run the jk_nt_service.exe file to allow Tomcat to run as an
NT service.  When I run the downloaded the executable and tried to run it in
a DOS prompt in NT 2000 Pro, I receive the message:

"This program cannot be run in DOS mode".

Can you let me know why this error occurs, and what a possible solution may
be?
