How do I configure Tomcat so the tomcat-users.xml file
uses encrypted passwords and not just plain text?

for mod_jk.
In this file, it creates an Apache LoadModule directive, but fails to
put double quotes
around the path. Since Apache is installed in Program Files/Apache
