Changing root directory

Hi, I'm using Tomcat by itself, and I need to change the server root
directory to maybe "D:\abc" instead of the default
"C:\jakarta-tomcat\....".
This sounds simple but I just couldn't find info how this is done
anywhere.
Could anyone be kind enuf to enlighten me?
