Authentication per-container level possible ?

Hello, Is it possible to configure Tomcat, that it must check an authentication for all the webapps hosted within the container ? I mean tell Tomcat to send an authentication popup when someone goes to the http://localhost:8080/. whithout configure each webapp hosted in. Iris -- To unsub
