get an error saying Tomcat can't find ocijdbc9 in java.library.path. I have checked: 1) that the directory containing ocijdbc9.dll is in the PATH 2) that classes12.zip - the file containing the Oracle JDBC driver is the right one for the release of Oracle we are using
