I have downloaded the source for Tomcat 4.0.4 (from the cvs as branch tomcat_404) but I am unable to compile it. The problem it seems is that the documentation Building.txt calls for Tyrex 0.9.7 but if you go to the Tyrex website, only version 1.0 is available. Does anybody know where I can ge
