If you really want help should provide basic information like
1) What version of Tomcat
2) What operating system
3) When the error occurs. Is it during step 3 of the instructions when you
use the -i option to install the service or does it happen later when you
attempt to start the service?
4) Configuration information like whats in the registry for the service and
the contents of configuration files.
There are no mind readers here.
Without that, the only thing I can tell you is to verify that the value of
the PropertyFile parameter to the service (you'll need to check the
registry) is set to a valid wrapper.properties file. Verify that
wrapper.properties has been changed properly. At the very least you need to
change the values of wrapper.tomcat_home and wrapper.java_home to match the
locations where these components are installed on your system.
