Checkout the Tomcat conf directory. There you have
a file tomcat-users.xml where you can find a user
with the role admin and the corresponding password...

They are not defined by default.
I think they are in conf/tomcat-users.xml.

For the manager webapp, you need someone with the "manager" role.
