this seems to fix the problem. Strangely this parameter was not described
in the default web.xml, but that may have a lot of causes, maybe even the
same that caused that strange jdk version ;-).

Try turning off the fork parameter of the JSP server in conf/web.xml.
It's true by default, and that's usually a good idea. I don't know the
root cause for your problem.
