http://localhost:8080/manager/reload?path=/
will reload an application. You must be set up as as a
role of manager in the users.xml file. See
the .../webapps/tomcat-docs/manager-howto.html for more
information.

1. set reloadable=true for your web app context element in server.xml.
Restart tomcat.
2. Copy the ant build.xml in tomcat-docs/appdev/sample into your web
app, edit the build.xml for ur app and call "ant reload" everytime.
