without install and configure the complete tomcat?
its all if im copy the jars from the new tomcat in the /server/lib
dir
from the old tomcat ?

Most users download tomcat directly from apache.org. I would imagine
you can just install a tomcat version you download into some directory
under the JWSDP

I found out that this happens mostly when using pageContext.forward(). I use
this method before writing any html-code and I do a return; afterwards.
