Using a custom Manager class

I want to persuade tomcat to use a custom manager. My $CATALINA_HOME/conf/context.xml looks like this: WEB-INF/web.xml I've tried putting the HackyManager in /server/classes but tomcat still uses StandardManager. How do I give tomcat the correct classpath, or which directory s
