missing. I had to copy that out of my copy of the 4.0 source.
I built mod_webapp on Sun Solaris 2.7 just last week. There were some

Oh, sorry. I never saw that message under 4.0.1. And I did not use the
--with-tomcat flag, only (IIRC) the --with-apxs tag.
