It's been a very long time since I used 3.2.x (so the answers may be wrong),
but from memory:
1) You can't.
2) I believe that this is the only setting.
3) See 2).
You should seriously consider upgrading to at least TC 3.3.1 (which has
better SSL support). The 3.2.x line is currently unsupported.
