We are trying to activate Tomcat 4.1.18 from JBoss 2.4.3 using JDK 1.4.1.
We have managed to run Tomcat 4.1.18 in a standalone mode, and
we have managed to activate Tomcat 3.2.3 from JBoss.
However, when we try to activate Tomcat 4.1.18 from JBoss,
we get the exception below.

I wonder if the performance and other improvements between the two releases
are major and if the upgrade itself is painful.
Is there a document instructing how to do such an upgrade?

I wonder if there is a way to configure tomcat 3.2 not to generate the java
code, I suppose that it should make some performance improvement.
