As far as I know the solution is to upgrade Apache. You'll want to do so anyway, there are security fixes between .40 and .43. You'll need a minimum of .42. If you can't/won't upgrade Apache, there are .40 binaries here: http://www.johnturner.com/howto/apache-tomcat-howto.html Note they are
