My guess is that it fell into a crack. Most everyone has a card, especially
the PayPal group, of which I was one. Send the manager the PayPal receipt.

I sent a $15 donation on November 30, 2012 via Pay Pal for my QSL card. I
have had no communication at all, no card received!
Is anyone else experiencing this, or did I just fall through the cracks?
