Topband: Looking for Common Mode Choke on Receive thread

I have lost an email that described building a common mode choke for receive antennas that was made with a binocular core and RG-316 coax or the equivalent for 75 ohm. Looked like a simple project but I seem to have lost the email after a recent computer swap. thanks, Bill K3SV
