Great work on that, Clive! But have you done so in the last 3-4 years on
any mode other than FT8? From my QTH near San

USA-CA, although a significant achievement, has very few applications, but many
participants.
CQ is not investing in USA-CA. CQ spent money to add WAZ and WPX in LOTW.
CQ's other awards do not generate enough $$ to be invested into LOTW
programming.
+ I don't know about
The “Toplist” awards are run by MARAC. This, and all other awards, are after
one achieves USA-CA , which is run by CQ. They do not require confirmations,
and are on the honor system.
It plays for a very small set of amateurs who can’t get working counties out of
their system.

KI4KWR is the current award manager, not NX0X.
NX0X is old info.

Even I have more counties, than Laci OM2VL on 6 meters :)
To UY0ZG - this is not national award, but private. I wrote to NX0X,
waiting answer, as for me is also very interesting about LOTW.
Calculated - with my income, I need
"USA-CA = volunteers = 1 application per week."
It is clear that for really serious awards there should be fewer
applications. But, I repeat, with the right advertising there will be
many times more people (especially from Europe) willing to announce
their results.

IOTA = a corporation = 100 award applications per week
USA-CA = volunteers = 1 application per week.

Maybe I don't understand something. But the IOTA program has no
problem taking data from LotW. The award itself can be sent
electronically. The main thing is to design the list effectively. I
don't see any global problems

Thank you.
But this list does not look impressive. In today's world, design and
advertising play a huge role. People need a separate list for the 160 m
band CW/PHONE on the official website. Then there will be a lot of
people willing to claim their results.

Nick,
I have never seen a complete list of award holders.
The award can be endorsed for single band.

The founders can solve everything with LotW (like IOTA). About money.
Yes - this is a problem for Ukraine now. Prices need to be set taking
into account the general situation in the world...

Hi Clive
If the founders publish a sheet titled USA - 500 ( or 1000 )CW/SSB 160 m
, then you should definitely send in an application for this award. It
will be the most prestigious award for topbanders.
All European crooks will drool with envy.
It would be virtually impossible for a
Hi Nick,
Well I have never checked from here, but I have worked WAS twice during a

trying to make a habit of working USA on a daily basis. So I am sure someone
like me should have worked that award but just not claimed
Thanks Jan
Luis said it right - that's the real prize at 160m. It is inaccessible
to casual passersby.

Hi
Where can I see the list of recipients of this award?
https://countyhunter.com/cq.htm
Does anyone from Europe have a USA - 500 or USA - 1000 award for working
on the 160m band?
If there is, it really is a very, very serious result .
