Hi all,
I need your kind advice on a new antenna configuration.
I am planning to add 80 and 40 to my 160 inv vee using a fan dipole
configuration. Separation of 20 cm (at top) to 1m (at bottom) between each
wire as reccomended at page 28 of the now unclassified Stanford Research
Institute (SRI)
Hi all,
this was my first season on 160 and had a lot of fun: 70 dxcc, CW only,
with 100 w and a 12m high monoband inverted vee (very quiet location in the
mountain at 1000m altitude). Current rigs are: IC740 full filtered (very
quiet), TS480 full filtered plus a TR7A and TS930.
I am now
installed looks exactly like the one here:

. Then you could extend that radial field with some elevated
radials if space permits.

Hi all,
tomorrow I must decide which type of insulating system to be used under the
tiles of my new roof. Roof's structure is classic wooden and total surface
is 220 square meters.
Since there will be several antennas for 80 / 160 sorrounding the house I
am wondering if using insulating panels
