Am looking to activate a location with very limited space surrounded by ocean.
Think of a small rock surrounded by saltwater/ocean. The vertical will be a
tall 60’+ fiberglass pole and made to resonate on 160m. I would like a way to
reduce the required space of the 160m antenna radial field
I am planning on putting up a 160m T vertical next week. After doing some
modeling , I would like your thoughts concerning using a traditional ¼
vertical design, versus an off center fed design.
My modeling of the traditional designs approaches 36-38 ohms of real impedance

I’ve have built another TX3A.com DHDL antenna and am in search of a wide band
low-noise preamp. My current custom built preamp has a 23db gain figure , as
well as built in RX signal limiter , but I am unable to purchase a second unit
from the manufacturer.
